From Fabric to Finished Product
Raw Material Selection
We work only with verified suppliers from China, Turkey and India. Each fabric batch undergoes incoming inspection for density, composition and colour fastness.
Cutting Shop
Automated fabric cutting — millimetre accuracy, minimal waste. Laser marking, automatic stacking.
Sewing Shop
200+ industrial machines: overlock, hemming, embroidery. Dedicated lines for each product type.
Quilting & Filling
German equipment for quilting blankets and pillows. Even filler distribution, precise stitch pattern.
Quality Control
Every product — seam, dimension and visual inspection. Defect rate < 0.3%. No defective products leave the facility.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging in polythene or boxes with your branding (OEM). Warehouse capacity 20,000+ units.
