Tencel (lyocell) — natural silk from eucalyptus

Tencel Blanket — Photo 1 Eco

Description

A blanket collection made of Tencel fabric (trade name — lyocell), a natural viscose silk from premium eucalyptus wood. Tencel combines the best properties of bed-linen fabrics: the hygroscopicity of cotton, the softness of silk and the strength of polyester.

Thanks to its high hygroscopicity, the material absorbs moisture beautifully and evaporates it quickly, leaving no chance for bacteria and pathogens to develop. The fabric is soft and smooth, yet not as slippery as silk: it does not pill, build up static or lose shape, and keeps its fine look for a long time.
